Salary and Benefits
AgriNorthwest offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and education. Full-time employees receive an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, group term life, disability, retirement, 401(k), flex-spending, and other benefits. We are always looking for qualified individuals to participate in our internship and manager trainee programs.
Internship Program
Our internship program is designed to evaluate college students as potential employees, while giving them the opportunity to gain work experience. We focus on recruiting students in their sophomore or junior years who have the desire and aptitude to work in production agriculture. Internships usually last three to four months but may last longer. Interns generally work during the summer and as needed during the fall. You will have a unique opportunity to learn from experts in the potato industry. While full-time positions are not guaranteed, we hope you continue to develop yourself and possibly become a future leader at AgriNorthwest.
Manager Trainee Program
Manager trainees are in training to become Farm Unit Managers as positions become available. The trainee reports directly to a Farm Unit Manager and begins immediately to learn the skills necessary to run a 5,000-acre farm unit. This ensures AgriNorthwest has qualified and educated farmers prepared who are familiar with our processes and have been mentored by current Farm Unit Managers.
